In the case of conflict situations, it can often be very difficult for people to resolve a conflict themselves because of the pain which they have already suffered or because of the way in which the relationship has developed - and sometimes because of language issues.
If you wish, we will undertake the front-line dialogue for you – meaning that we would act on your behalf as your substitute or "proxy" until the relations are normalised or a solution is reached.
