CONFLICT & CRISIS ADVICE

We offer our advice on how to handle particular personal crises and conflict situations.
This advice can be given to you individually or, in the case of conflicts, to all the parties together, as appropriate.
It can include moral and professional support "behind the scenes" as you go through the most challenging phases of the resolution process.

CONFLICT & CRISIS DE-ESCALATION

Conflicts and crises can easily develop unexpected dynamics and suddenly get out of control. Things can happen which are regretted later, but which are difficult to reverse. We offer skilled assistance in speedily de-escalating personal crises and conflict situations and in reversing as much of the immediate damage as possible.

In cases of PERSONAL CRISES, BURNOUT AND DEPRESSION, we work very closely with medical doctors and other specialists at PRAEVMEDIC in Zürich.

CONFLICT & CRISIS DIAGNOSTICS & PROFILES - ASSESSMENTS & AUDITS

We will analyse the roots of a crisis or conflict and explain our findings to you in detail.
If requested, we can provide you with our professional opinion about your personal or professional situation and/or the future chances and dangers of given relationships.

CONFLICT MEDIATION

Many parties-in-conflict wish to find an amicable solution. They would prefer to "at least part in peace" and perhaps even "explore the chances of repairing the relationship".
Generally, this approach minimises the damage on all sides and saves considerable costs and emotional stress, also for third parties - compared, for example, with litigation.
We will act as your common mediator, if you wish us to do so.

CONFLICT-PARTY PROCURACY

In certain types of crisis-situation, it is sometimes necessary to stand to one side and take time for oneself. If you wish, we can supply you with an experienced INTERIM-MANAGER who will temporarily assume your function in the way which you wish (see below).

In the case of conflict situations, it can often be very difficult for people to resolve a conflict themselves because of the pain which they have already suffered or because of the way in which the relationship has developed - and sometimes because of language issues.
If you wish, we will undertake the front-line dialogue for you – meaning that we would act on your behalf as your substitute or "proxy" until the relations are normalised or a solution is reached.

For relationships which have turned very bitter, we offer specialised help to:

  • resolve damage
  • prevent further distress
  • minimise short- and long-term costs.

Whatever has happened, it is not our role to judge anyone – just to restore your physical health and your long-term peace of mind.

During serious conflict, the body and the mind both suffer even more than many people would like to admit.

In fact, imbalances in the body and mind can actually be the root-cause of the conflict.

Love-relationships can turn into seemingly irreversible hate relationships - for at least one, or perhaps all, of the people involved.

We are not peace-makers. If you have decided to end the relationship, this we also respect.
